2017 Applications

2017 applications are now becoming available.  Click the Title link above for more information.

Reminder - submission of an application does not guarantee entrance.  You will be contacted by the appropriate area chairperson should you be accepted or declined.  If you are attempting to apply for the first time - you MUST READ our VENDOR Rules & Regulations to ensure you can comply with our strict 1800 period guidelines.  Craft Vendors MUST BE JURIED in, you MUST include photos of your products.  If you are declined, your application fee will be refunded to you.  Once you are accepted as a vendor, your application fee will no longer be refundable.

 

Some key notes for potential new vendors:

1) We are a period 1800 festival - no modern conveniences (electric, running water)

2) You must dress in period appropriate clothing

3) Food Vendors or vendors that have a %split with the festival cannot claim labor used in the booth as an expense

4) If you are an entertainment group - we only consider musicians that play music around the period of time - sorry, no modern country or rock bands
