IMPORTANT FESTIVAL INFORMATION

BIKE RIDERS WELCOME.  The festival will have 2 secure bike check locations, one at each end of Harry Baals drive, along the River Greenway path.  These check points will be manned and secured at all times.  You can check your bike, receive a claim ticket bracelet and feel confident your bike is safe and secure while walking through the festival. The bike check will be open for up to 1 hour after the festival closes each day.

FESTIVAL INFORMATION AND PROGRAMS: Festival information and programs can be found at the Information tent. New this year, we have listed the food that the food vendors will be selling.

FESTIVAL SHOPPING BAGS: Johnny Appleseed Festival bags are available in the Information Tent, thanks to Meijer's.

FESTIVAL ATM: We will have an ATM located on the East end of Harry Baals drive near the campground bath house and medic tent #2.

THE FESTIVAL WISHING WELL: Gifts to the Wishing Well help the festival cover our expenses as we currently do not have a financial corporate sponsor. By helping the festival through the wishing well, more of  the proceeds that come to us from vendor fees and percentage splits are able to be used to give back to the community.

FESTIVAL PARKING: Parking for the Johnny Appleseed Festival is available in the Memorial Coliseum Parking lot for a small fee. FREE parking is available on the Indiana/Purdue Fort Wayne (IPFW) campus off of Coliseum Blvd. and the Concordia High School parking lot on N. Anthony Blvd. Buses to the Festival grounds run continuously from Concordia and IPFW.  The cost to ride the bus is FREE each way.  Fees collected for parking at the Coliseum belong to the Coliseum, no proceeds of those fees support the festival.

FIRST AID: Medical attention is available two First Aid Stations. Their locations are marked on the Festival map with a cross.

LOST AND FOUND: Lost children and found articles should be taken to the Festival Information Tent.  After the festival, you can contact the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation department at 260-427-6003 to see if your items were turned in.

RESTROOMS: Restrooms and port-a-potties are marked on the Festival map.   Ample handicap accessible facilities are provided including hand-wash stations.

PETS: NO PETS are permitted on the Festival Grounds with exception of service animals or contracted performers.  Those with pets will be asked to leave the festival grounds immediately.  This is for the safety of your pet and those around you.
