This is an OUTDOOR festival. As such - safety is our #1 concern. In the case of a weather emergency, you may/will be asked to vacate the area by representatives of the festival and/or emergency personnel and head to nearby shelter zones. Failure to do so may result in police action. This is an enforceable mandate put in place by Homeland Security.

If you are a vendor or considering to be a vendor - please review the general guidelines and then the supplemental rules for the area in which you are participating in or considering.

Vendors - You are required to acknowledge on our application that you have reviewed/read these rules.

2021 Vendor Applications will be posted January 2021 - follow the rules link for your area of interest for the application

General Rules - All Vendors

Attention vendors:  The following are our general rules and regulations.  A printed book of our rules and regulations is made available for vendors upon request.  Vendors must adhere to these rules or risk being denied participation for future festivals.  If your business or not for profit group is considering applying to the festival - please take note - we do not allow modern style vendors (examples: food vendors requiring modern trailers, electric etc., or retailers with modern goods that were not available in the 1800's).  Please take time to read our vendor rules for a better understanding of our period style festival.
